This is a snapshot of the systems behind your performance, not a measure of how capable you are. It looks at how much of your best work is currently held in place by design, and how much is left to chance.
First, what should we call you?
Most high performers score lower than they expect on at least one area. That is not a problem to feel bad about. It is the most useful thing this report can show you, because an area that runs on willpower today is an area you can put on rails tomorrow.
Read this as a system diagnostic, not a report card.
If your score is lower than you hoped in places, you are likely having a familiar thought: I have tried to fix this before. You have probably read the books, run the systems, maybe worked with a coach. Things improved for a few weeks. Then a quarter closed or life got complicated, and the new habits did not survive the change in conditions. It is easy to conclude, quietly, that you are the problem.
You are not.
The behaviors did not last because the conditions holding them up were temporary. When the conditions disappeared, so did the behavior. That is a design outcome, not a character flaw. The areas below that score low are not places you have failed. They are places where the structure has not been built yet, which is a far more fixable thing than it feels like right now.
The rest of this report shows you where to start.
Wherever your scores landed, the pattern underneath them is the same. The areas that scored high are the ones where you have built structure. The areas that scored low are the ones still running on effort. The difference between them is not how hard you are trying. It is how much has been designed.
That is also the reason this is fixable. A gap that comes from missing structure closes when you build the structure. You do not need more willpower, more motivation, or more information. You need the conditions that make your best work hold up when things get demanding, the same conditions the high-scoring areas already have.
The most useful next step is a conversation about your specific results. We offer a 30 minute call with one of our coaches to walk through your diagnostic together: what your scores mean, where the highest-leverage place to start is, and what a path forward could look like for you. It is a working session, not a sales pitch. You will leave with a clearer sense of your next step, whether or not that step involves working with us.
